After thoughtful conversations with stakeholders involved in our Annual Christmas Parade, we’re exploring the idea of introducing a new community celebration: Christmas in Bulls.
“Over recent years, the parade has increasingly becoming smaller in size” we appreciate the commitment and financial cost this has for those who do or have participated in our floats. While change can be challenging, it can also bring new energy—and we think this might be the perfect time to try something different.
Imagine a vibrant community Christmas Party in the park, with our local stakeholders contributing in exciting new ways—live performances including Christmas carols, kapa haka, Jump Jam, and festive skits.
We’re also looking at having free family entertainment like rides, water obstacles, a lolly scramble, sausage sizzles and so much more. Picture families relaxing on picnic blankets, enjoying a fun-filled afternoon surrounded by friends, whānau, and Christmas cheer.
We’d love to hear your thoughts on this potential change. Is this a celebration you and your whānau would be excited about?
